What it covers: AI training rights to the footage you submit and we accept, exclusive to us for a fixed term. What it does not touch: stock licensing, commercial use, social, your own sales, and every other use of your own footage. Those stay entirely yours and are unaffected.

We are not going to send an operator a contract drafted by nobody. When it has been reviewed and the contracting entity is settled, it will be published here in full before anyone is asked to sign it.
