Does it cost anything?
No. There is no fee, ever. We only make money when your footage licenses, and you are paid from the same licence.
Can I still sell or use my own footage?
Yes — everything except AI training. Stock licensing, commercial use, social, your own sales: all unaffected. The agreement takes AI training rights only, and for those it is exclusive to us for the term.
Why does it have to be exclusive for AI?
So we can licence your footage as a single clean supply, without a buyer wondering who else holds the same rights. It covers AI training only, it runs for a fixed term, and everything else stays yours.
What about customers who appear in my videos?
Our system finds faces automatically. Paying customers, bystanders and minors are masked before anyone looks at the footage. Staff need a short release form, which we provide.
How long until I get paid?
Two to three weeks to process a batch. After that, payment follows the buyer’s settlement cycle — your account shows the current timing and every payment. We would rather not quote you a date we cannot keep.
What if none of it is accepted?
Then you have lost nothing but an overnight upload. We do not publish an acceptance rate: we have not measured one, and nobody in this market has. We will publish ours once the first licensing round gives us a real one. We tell you exactly why the rest was not accepted, so the next batch does better.
Do I need to send you my original files?
No. The uploader compresses and strips what we cannot use before anything leaves your machine. Your originals never move.
What happens to the music on my videos?
Used to synchronise multi-camera sets, then discarded — never delivered. We never license audio, so no third-party music can travel with your footage.
